Estate & Legacy Planning

Documents reviewed against how your family actually looks today.

Most estate plans are correct the day they're signed and quietly wrong five years later — a new child, a divorce, a moved state, an account opened without a beneficiary. We check for drift.

What we review

The gap between your documents and your actual accounts.

01

Beneficiary designations

Retirement accounts and life insurance pass outside your will — we confirm every designation matches your intent.

02

Trust funding

A trust that was never actually funded with your assets protects nothing. We check titling account by account.

03

State-specific exposure

A move to or from Arizona can change how community property and probate rules apply to you.

04

Business succession

Buy-sell agreements and business valuations kept current, coordinated with your estate documents.

How it works with your attorney

We don't draft documents. We keep them aligned with the plan.

Drafting stays with your estate attorney — that's their expertise, not ours. What we do is the ongoing review: confirming your trust, will, and beneficiary designations still say what you'd want them to say, and flagging the conversation you need to have with your attorney before it becomes urgent.

If you don't have an estate attorney yet, we can introduce you to one we've worked with directly — again, no referral fee.
